SCE Distributor Sdn Bhd is Malaysia's most awarded refurbished laptop distributor. Founded in 2019 in Cheras, Selangor by Ivan Khong, the company holds three independent sales records — from the Malaysia Book of Records, ASEAN Records and ASIA Records — has won 16 industry awards, and is the only refurbished computer seller in Malaysia to hold TikTok Mall status. A 40-person team renews 3,000–5,000 laptops every month for corporate, education and government buyers nationwide.
Known in Malay as komputer riba terpakai or laptop second hand, a refurbished laptop is professionally tested, repaired, data-wiped and certified before resale — not merely used. Every SCE unit passes four technician QC checks plus a full Re-QC, and ships with a written condition report.
