Founded by Ivan Khong in 2019, SCE Distributor began as a one-man operation and has since grown into a dedicated 40-member team, serving thousands of customers across Malaysia.
Today, we sell 3,000-5,000 refurbished computers every month, helping students, families, and businesses gain access to reliable PCs at a fraction of the original price.

An initiative dedicated to giving back to society by helping outstanding students from B40 and M40 families gain access to quality laptops for their studies. Mr. Ivan believes that every student deserves an equal opportunity to learn, grow, and achieve their dreams, regardless of background.
Through this program, we aim to empower more young Malaysians to pursue education with confidence in today’s digital world. Because while not everyone can afford a new laptop, together, we can make their dreams come true.
